We didn’t build CFORick to file quarterly forms.

We engineered it to replace reactive compliance with forward-looking scale intelligence. Our journey began when we realized most founders were drowning in disconnected vendors, backward-looking reporting, and silent compliance risks. Instead of accepting that fragmentation as industry standard, we architected a different model. From day one, our mission was simple: merge tax strategy, daily operations, and human capital data into a single, synchronized system. What started as a niche framework for remote-first startups has evolved into the operating infrastructure that now powers dozens of scaling businesses across state lines. We don’t track historical transactions—we architect predictive workflows. Every milestone along the way reinforced one truth: clarity isn’t a back-office luxury. It’s the foundation of founder freedom.

2019. Three cofounders, one shared frustration, and the bet that scalable growth demands integrated financial infrastructure. We stripped away legacy accounting silos and built a tiered workflow that scales alongside revenue, not against it.

1996

Founded

It started with a simple goal, create a business that supports business owners grow, minimize tax risk and be operationally compliant.

2022. Series A infrastructure launch. Fifteen million raised to expand the platform and double the specialist network. Nexus-aware compliance engines went live, automatically tracking multi-state obligations before deadlines arrived.

2009

100’s of clients

The goal was achieved. CFORick successfully was helping hundreds of clients achieve growth and many successful exits.

2026. An AI-native platform that turns insight into action in real time. Predictive workflows now anticipate regulatory shifts, optimize runway allocation, and keep operational velocity locked to your next growth phase.

2016

International Expansion

With successful US operations CFO Rick expands in Mexico and the UK.

2025

2020

Digital 1st Infrastructure

When the pandemic happened, we strategized to build a business that only operated in the cloud, but made information more accessible than before.

2026

2026

What’s Next

More clients, bigger markets, digital infrastructure with goal still being, create a business that supports business owners grow, minimize tax risk and be operationally compliant.
